Accounting & Bookkeeping - Outsource all or part of your bookkeeping needs to us. There are no contracts or long-term commitments. Our estimates are based on a flat rate or hourly rate of $10 - $20 depending on the project type, the number of transactions, the duration & complexity of work. For example,
- Typically, the hourly rate applies to small volume or "special" projects with a time-specific priority.
- Our base price for full-charge bookkeeping is $100 a month for recording & keeping records using Quickbooks software. This price includes 50 transactions and a monthly set of reports (income statement, balance sheet and cash flows). Addi tonal transaction are charged at 60 cents per transaction. In cases of ongoing work of over three months, we offer a discount up to a 10% discount.
- New client set up fees range from $10 to $50, but can increase due to a high number of inventory items.

Tax Preparation - Our tax preparation fees are based on the type of form used, the number of forms, the number of entries per form, how the return is transmitted, and if bookkeeping services are needed to make the return tax-ready. For example,
- The base cost for preparing a Federal/State return with electronic filing for students, individual, & business return is $40, $50,& $75, respectively. Last year, the average return cost for students, individuals, & businesses was $52, $63, & $96, respectively.
- Because of our discount and referral program, some returns were considerably less.
