Merchandise BGGE Gift Shop offers quality products at wholesale prices.  All merchandise is new and carries a product excellence guarantee.  Before ordering, carefully read all our shop policies and product descriptions.
Excellence Guarantee Every product you buy must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for replacement or refund.

Inventory Merchandise is being added to our gift shop weekly. Check back periodically as we continue to build our inventory.
Minimal Order There is no minimal order amount, but a handling fee is charged for orders under $100.00.   See chart.
Order Processing 

The processing time of your order is dependent on your payment option.   

Please allow 4 days to process your order.  Usually debit card, credit card, & PayPal payments are instantaneous; however sometimes it takes longer for payment to be credited to our account.  In the event of charge reversals for insufficient funds, a $30 non-sufficient funds charge will apply.

Shipping & Handling

Once your payment has been credited to our account, your order will be shipped.  Orders are drop-shipped from our supplier's warehouse in California to US addresses only.  We do not ship to third-party addresses. 

 

A $5.00 handling charge applies to orders under $100.00.   See chart   

Delivery  Merchandise is normally shipped via UPS Ground.  Use zone map to estimate delivery date. Please allow 30 days for delivery of your order due to delays beyond our control. We will notify you immediately of any problems. Other options may be available at a later date.
Payment Options

1)  ON-Line >> Credit card, debit card, PayPal, e-check.  On-line payments are processed through PayPal.  However, you are not required to have a PayPal account to use your credit card.  Your gift shop purchases will be identified as BGGE on your credit card statements. 
2)  OFF-Line >>Money orders, certified checks, personal checks.

Secure Payment Processing ON Line - The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of VeriSign and PayPal.  It is their top priority.  They automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
OFF Line - Providing credit card information via e-mail is not secure & we will not be allowed to pay for orders through this option.  However, information gathered from money orders & checks is safely guarded & protected.  Please read our

Returns / Replacement

To return a item for credit, refund, or replacement, you must first notify BGGE Gift Shop via email within 7 days of delivery using our contact us form You will be issued an authorization number (#) by reply email.

NON-DEFECTIVIE MERCHANDISE RETURNS will incur a 20% restocking fee and must also meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.

a.       Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by BGGE Gift Shop. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.

b.       Sample items are not returnable.

c.       Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.

 

Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned at the customer's expense.  I

 

ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.

ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper.  If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please
contact us within 7 days of the date of receipt of your order.  We will send you instructions for returning the damaged item and a replacement item will be processed immediately.  NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim. 

Cancellation Policy You may cancel your order without penalty within 48 hours of placing an order with BGGE Gift Shop.  To cancel, contact us and a refund with be issued via PayPal once we have confirmed that your order has not been shipped.  Once an order has been shipped, restocking fees & shipping charges may apply.  See refund policy. 
Notification Policy All notifications (refund, replacement, cancellation, etc.) must be sent via contact us e-mail to be valid. You will be issued an authorization number (#) for the specific transaction. 
Pricing Errors While BGGE Gift Shop uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information with regards to our products, mistakes are sometimes made.  In the event that you order a product which is listed at an incorrect price or with other incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order.  You will be notified immediately of the error and given the option to reorder.  In the event that your payment has inadvertently been processed, you will receive a full refund with no penalties.

Final Sales All sales are final on the 8th day of delivery of your order if you have not contacted us.
