Thank you for allowing BGGE Web Design to create your online presence. To get your customized website online as soon as possible, please follow these 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Review the following guidelines:
- Email Address - Please provide a valid email address. Website revisions, progress notes, & invoices will be sent via email so that both parties will have a documented case history.
- Domain Name - For tips on choosing a domain name, click here.
- Design Layout - The structure and layout of your website will be mainly defined by HTML coding. Javascript may be used to create pages that require more dynamic or interactive features. Normally, your website will display your home page plus two other dedicated pages (i.e. hours of operation, contact us, etc.). You can elect to have certain pages hidden from the public, for example - administrative pages that only store data or pictures. Select the page combination that is most appropriate for your website type. During the first 30 days, at BGGE Web Design's discretion, some webpage features may be combined and/or minor revisions made at no additional charge. Usually, your website is ready for approval within 7 days. Satisfaction guaranteed!
- Text - Submit the text you want to use on your website, including tag line (slogan), mission statement, contact information, etc. BGGE Web Design reserves the right to reject submissions that it deems as pornographic, offensive, or discriminating to individuals or organizations. Verbiage may be altered to include keywords to insure that your website is picked up by search engines; however, you have final approval rights.
- Pictures, banners, & other graphics: Images must be in jpeg or gif format and no larger than 640x640 pixels. The first 10 images will be added to your site - FREE. After that, a rate of $1 per image will be imposed.
- Multimedia Files: Dependent on the hosting plan you choose, special multimedia files can be displayed - avi, flash, mov, mpg, & mpeg. Restrictions apply.
- Hosting Plans -
 BG&G Enterprises has partnered with ecomPlanet Web Hosting to offer several hosting plans, but also recommend the following hosting sites - CityMax.com, AtomicShops.com, Yahoo.com, or Bravenet.com. Some packages are FREE, some are not. Note: FREE plans usually require that you publish their advertising on your website & generally offer few features until you upgrade. Shopping carts are not usually included in FREE plans.
- Promotion & Maintenance Plans: Plan options vary: charges are flexible. The more labor intensive, the higher the charges. If it is a simple revision, there might not be an extra charge at all.
- Charges & Payment - BGGE Web Design normally charges $35 per page plus a $25.00 set-up fee. The 3-page website promotion for $100 includes the set-up fee. Full payment is due before work commences; therefore your subscription will not automatically renew.
- Cancellation & Refunds - You may cancel your order without penalty within 24-hours of payment. If you are not satisfied with the final product once BGGE Web Design submits your website for approval, you may cancel the order within 3 days. You will be refunded payment less the $25.00 for set-up work, and all work will be removed. If BGGE Web Design can not access your site to remove work, (i.e. you change passwords), then you retain ownership. No refunds will be given as of the 4th day after approval.
Step 2: Complete this detailed order request form. All information provided will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Step 3: Make payment by debit or credit card. Payments are processed securely through PayPal, but you are not required to have a PayPal account. Once payment is received, you will receive instructions for submitting any additional files and/or pictures via email.
