BGGE Gift Shop offers quality products at wholesale prices. All merchandise is new and comes with a manufacturers warranty against defects.
Minimum Order
There are no minimum order requirements or handling fees to pay. To buy at our deeply discounted prices, simply pay for the item, shipping, sales tax (if applicable), and - nothing more.
Membership Fees / Customer Accounts
BGGE Gift Shop does not charge membership fees; however you will need to create a customer account with a username and password. This account, called Express Checkout, saves your shipping information and makes checkout faster.
Guarantee / Warranties
ALL PRODUCTS HAVE A 10 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! Every product you buy must be free of defects or we will return the full purchase price of the product.
All of our products carry warranties and some carry extended warranties. If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. Otherwise, you can be obtain warranty information by emailing us through our contact us form.
Prices
All prices shown are in US funds. Our sales price reflects a discount of up to 70% or more off the original retail price. Prices are subject to change.
Pricing, Typographical Errors, Product Description, & Photos
Despite BGGE Gift Shop's best efforts, a small number of items may be mispriced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or pricing errors in our product catalog descriptions, shopping cart, or anywhere on elsewhere on our website, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
BGGE Gift Shop makes every effort to ensure that all pictures are an accurate graphical representation of their representative product. We use pictures provided to us by the manufacturer of the product. Any minor inconsistencies or discrepancies are not valid reasons for refund.
Inventory
We periodically change the website contents. Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
Out-stock items will be shown, but you will not be able to add it to the shopping cart. In the event that an item becomes unavailabe after you place an order, we will email you and offer you the opportunity to wait for the item to come back in stock or cancel your order and receive a refund.

Payment Options
BGGE glady accepts:
1) On-line payments by credit cards, debit cards, e-checks, PayPal, & BGGE Gift Certificates. Payments are processed through PayPal, but you are not required to have a PayPal account to use your credit/debit card. Your gift shop purchases will be identified as BGGE on your credit/debit card statements. You must have a PayPal account to pay for your order using BGGE Gift Certificates. Click here for intructions on how to redeem gift certificates.
2) Off-line payments by money orders, certified checks, business checks & personal checks. During checkout, on the payment option screen, you will be able to print the order form. Send the form and payment to the address shown on the screen. Make money orders & checks payable to BGGE. Note: Your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment is not received within that time, the hold will be removed from the item(s) and they will be returned to stock.
Secure Payment Processing
BGGE Gift Shop has taken proactive steps to ensure that your information remains confidential and secure both online and off line. We do not sell, rent, or share your information. Please read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information collected at this site.
ON Line - The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of VeriSign and PayPal. It is their top priority. They automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to theirs using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
OFF Line -Information gathered from money orders & checks is safely guarded & protected. Providing credit card information via e-mail is not secure, therefore, you will not be allowed to pay for orders through this option.
State Tax Policy
We only collect Alabama sales tax for orders made and shipped within AL. We do not collect sales taxes for orders shipped to other states; however, you may be liable for sales tax to your state on the merchandise you receive. You may want to check with your state's taxing authority for "use tax" regulations.
Currently, Alabama sales tax rate is 10%. We are required by law to collect taxes on shipping.
Chargeback Policy
The charge that will appear on your credit card statement will be “PAYPAL-BGGE" or *BGGE””. If you place a chargeback with your credit card company (on purpose or by mistake) for any order that you placed and we shipped, there will be a $75.00 research fee charged to your account upon receiving the chargeback by our merchant provider to cover our investigative expenses to prove that you did make the purchase.
BGGE Gift Shop does not tolerate credit card fraud, and all fraud, without exception, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. In addition, we will pursue civil legal action seeking any loss of income related to the fraud, including business, legal fees, collection costs, research costs, employee down time and loss of revenues.
BGGE Gift Shop considers credit card charge backs to be fraud if you have made no reasonable effort to work with us to resolve any problems with your purchase. All frivolous chargeback's not only cost our employees time away from our usual and customary matters of conducting normal business, but cost us money, therefore:
You agree that if you, the buyer, choose to do business with BGGE Gift Shop, and you file a charge back with your credit card company, and you do not win the charge back argument, you agree to pay us $75.00 for our time responding to the matter. you, the buyer authorize us to charge this amount to your credit card. If this charge is rejected, BGGE Gift Shop will pursue collection or legal action to recoup losses for our time associated with responding to the charge back in addition to any other fees explained above. You agree to reimburse us or any representative we may appoint for any legal expenses your actions may make us incur. We take fraud seriously. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The waiver of a breach hereunder does not waive any other or subsequent breach.
In the event that you win the charge back with your credit card company, and have not returned our goods, BGGE Gift Shop will make all recovery attempts to collect fraudulently disputed charges plus additional costs via a third-party collection agency and your account will be reported to all credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account. This may severely damage your credit rating for at least the next seven (7) years. At this point, we will no longer accept a return of the merchandise as settlement for the debt and will only accept payment in full. In addition to this, BGGE Gift Shop will file a report with your local police or sheriff’s department, and file a mail fraud complaint with the United States Postal Inspection Service.
Note: The customer must contact us at bgge.com before attempting a chargeback. NO EXCEPTIONS! We log IP strings on all orders - any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Order Acceptance Policy
After placing an order for a product, you will receive an order submission confirmation from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute an offer to sell products to you.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We will communicate acceptance of your order by sending you a communication telling you that your order has been accepted and will be filled and that the product is being delivered to you. Title to goods and all risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of your product to a common carrier. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Order Processing Policy
After you submit your order, you will receive a computer-generated confirmation that your order was placed. Please allow 2-4 business days to prepare your order for shipment. The method of payment also determines when your order is processed and released for shipment. Generally, orders are released in:

1 day for PayPal funds, BGGE Gift Certificates, & money orders.

1-3 days for debit/credit cards, dependent on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer.

10-15 days or until funds have cleared our bank for personal, business, cashier, or e-checks.
If a situation arises that will delay your order in any way, we will contact you by phone or email.
Shipping Policy, Carriers, Methods, & Costs
BGGE Gift Shop ships anywhere in the continental United States via UPS & USPS. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses by UPS. Please be sure to select USPS Priority Mail for any package that is being delivered to military addresses.
At checkout, we offer all available carrier methods to the specified shipping address. UPS Ground is the most common method of shipping and is usually the cheapest on orders over $25.00.
Choosing a faster shipping method is just what it means, faster shipping by the freight carrier, not faster processing in our warehouse. Choosing a faster shipping method will cut shipping time, but it may still take 2-4 days for us to mail the package. If you need faster processing in our warehouse, please select next business day or same business day processing during the checkout process. See Order Processing Policy for other considerations. Whenever possible, we will do our best to accommodate your request for a rush order.
Shipping costs are calculated within our shopping cart using real time shipping quotes direct from the shipping carriers based on weight and destination point from our distribution warehouse located in Dallas, Texas.
Shipping can be high on smaller orders. Typically, the more you order the less the shipping is per unit ordered. For example. if you order one jacket the shipping may be $12.00. If you order two jackets the shipping may be $14.00 making the cost only $7.00 per jacket. And if you order three jackets the shipping may be only $15.00 - making the cost for shipping only $5.00 per jacket.
Delivery Policy, Arrivals, Refused, Undeliverales, Unclaimed
Delivery Times
The total time it takes to deliver your order is based on the time to prepare your order for shipping, the time it takes for payment authorization or to clear our bank, and the transit time from the carrier. Click here to view UPS Ground Transit Map.
Delivery Arrival
Be sure to inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Do not destroy or dispose of the packaging in which the goods are supplied until you know that you do not intend to return the goods.
Refused, Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages
BGGE Gift Shop is not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. If your package is returned to us, we will make every attempt to contact you. If we are unable to contact you we will hold your package for 60 days from the date of the invoice. The customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
If we have not heard from you within 30 days we will issue an in store credit for your invoice amount, less shipping, any billed or applicable fees plus a 15% restocking fee. This credit will be valid for 2 months from date of issue.
If customer chooses not to have their order reshipped, any refunds will be made in accordance with our returns and refunds policy.
Returns, Packing, Refunds, Exchanges / Policy, Terms, Conditions
BGGE Gift Shop, at its discretion, allow for the return of any product for refund or exchange provided the item(s) are in resalable condition and you notify us within 10 days of delivery. BGGE Gift Shop reserves the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee for used or mishandled merchandise, returns without a RA number, or when the product manufacturer's return policies supersede ours.
Returns are accepted:
1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective or missing a part.
3 If we have sent you the wrong item.
Returns Terms & Conditions

All returns must be pre-authorized. A request for a return authorization number must be submitted within 10-days of receipt of order delivery. RA's expire 15 days after they are issued, and cannot be extended or re-issued. No refunds will be issued after the RA expires.

Shipping cost, to us and and back to you, are the responsibility of the purchaser.

You have an option to request a refund or exchange for the same or alternative item.

You have the option to return all or part of an order.

Item(s) must be in a resalable condition in its original packing (including all packaging, product boxes, etc.)

Item(s) damaged during shipping do not qualify for return. Please see Damaged & Lost Merchandise Policy on this page.

Item(s) used, mishandled, or broken are not eligible for exchange.

Item(s) past the 10-day guarantee period must comply with manufacturers' return, repair, & replacement policies.

If you return merchandise to us and we are unable to honor your request for refund for any reason, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to send the items back to the customer. If the customer does not make arrangements for reshipping, we will consider it as abandoned property after 30 days, and it will be donated to an appropriate charitable organization.
Refund/Exchange Terms & Conditions

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds and exchanges are contingent on the results of an inspection after the item(s) is returned.

On partial order returns, the refund will be pro-rated.

If a promotional item was included in the original order and is not returned, the value will be deducted from the refund.

If your original purchase was made under a free shipping promotion, the actual cost of shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund amount.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund for non-defective merchandise and items not returned in original packing.

For item(s) returned for refund because of our error, we will refund the buyer's UPS Ground shipping cost plus insurance. Shipping by any other method will not be covered.

How to Return Merchandise

Notify BGGE Gift Shop of your intent return the item(s) within 10 days of receipt of your order using our contact us form. We will respond by email and/or phone to be determined whether a Return Authorization (RA) is warranted. If so, a RA# will be issue for your claim.

Send the item(s) and all documentation, registration cards, packing materials, and other accessories in its original packaging.

Pack the item carefully so that it will not be damaged during the shipping process.

Include a copy of the packing slip. Make a copy for your records.

Use a secure shipping method to send the item so that it can be tracked.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you insure your return against damages and loss.
Damage & Lost Policy
Sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. Among the most common is damaged merchandise through shipping. The shipper is responsible for your package once they take possession of it. BGGE Gift Shop is not responsible for any lost, delayed, misdirected or damaged packages incurred during shipping, regardless of how or with whom they are shipped. However, we will provide you with the information needed to file a claim with that carrier.
If your order is damaged, in whole or in part, you should save the package and any loose contents and contact us immediately. If you suspect your order is lost, delayed, or misdirected. Please allow three weeks before contacting us with your concerns.
If you don’t want to wait until the damage or loss investigation is completed and you want us to send a replacement item right away, please contact us. We will have to charge your debit/credit card for the replacement plus shipping. You will be refunded the money for your original order once your returned item(s) has been inspected, approved, and shipped.
NOTE: Established procedures by UPS and USPS must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing an order with BGGE Gift Shop. Orders can be canceled only if the order has not yet been shipped. There will be a 3% order cancellation fee on all orders paid for by credit card to cover the credit card processing fees. Orders can be canceled by emailing us .
