What makes your service so different than all the others online?
I am small enough to add a true "personal touch" to the services I provide. I also do this in my bookkeeping and tax preparation business.
Helping business owners to succeed is engrained in me. Prior to my online business experience, part of my duties included testing and recommending products, services and procedures that were the most cost-effective for my employer. Furthermore, my formal management training makes me evaluate everyting in terms of its time-managment value.
I also remember that when I started out, I could have used a guiding hand in design and promotion. But what I found were the so-called "business coaches" who were just trying to sell me something. Of course, sales is the driving force in business, but I also know that there are some free and low-cost tools available that will get the job done just as effectively. And I don't mind sharing that knowledge.
